Your Honour:

As the Founder/Chairman of the Good Governance Forum, the Largest, Most Diversified and Globally Searched portal, I request Your Honour to kindly take suo motu notice of the dereliction of duty of the civil administration of the province of the Punjab in the blast caused by explosives stored in a house in Mian Chunnu. Reportedly, 17 persons died and dozens of people injured and their property damaged or destroyed. As of today, the victims have not been provided compensation and relief goods and services, according to the ARY News program called 'Daira' telecast on 3rd August 2009.
